Shadow Creek Ranch Development Company’s main focus is to bring creative and fresh ideas on master plan community development to the Houston area. Their first project in this area, Shadow Creek Ranch is a 3,300-acre major master plan community 15 minutes south of Houston’s downtown, cultural and entertainment district. By creating commercial, industrial and retail centers within the community, an estimated 5,000 jobs will be created and encourage residents to live and work at home. Shadow Creek Ranch is conveniently located in the City of Pearland, Texas and is a short commute to downtown Houston as well as the Texas Medical Center and The Galleria Shopping Center.

Shadow Creek Ranch will contain a wide variety of indoor and outdoor recreational facilities in an extensively landscaped environment. Future developments will likely feature a regional shopping mall, seven schools, a hospital, and a fire/police annex. Additional recreational facilities will include 300 acres of recreational lakes, swimming pools, fitness and sports facilities.
